- Before 14 Days: If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your start date, there is a $50 cancellation fee per unit or site.
- Within 14 Days: No refunds are allowed if you cancel within 14 days of your reservation.

- Customers are responsible for any damages or repairs that occur during the rental period.
- Unit Availability: Iron Mountain cannot guarantee the exact unit or model requested due to potential parts shortages or damage from previous renters.
- Age Requirement: Drivers must be at least 24 years old to operate any rental vehicle.
- Weight Limit: The maximum combined weight of all passengers in any vehicle is 600 lbs.
